10:00am - 12:00pm: Free book crafts at the market! Show us what you're reading this summer.

10:30am - 11:30am: Free Yoga with Sky House Yoga
Ideal for the new students or those who want to revisit the basics. In this class students will practice traditional hatha yoga postures with attention to alignment, inclusion of basic breath work, and concentration techniques. The beginner practice includes sun salutations, standing postures, balancing poses, seated postures, and beginner backbends and supported inversions. Each class ends with a supine relaxation (savasana) and a short seated meditation.

10:30am - 12:30pm: Live Music by Percy Shaw, the one man band

11:30am - 12:30pm: Free Yoga with Sky House Yoga
In this mixed level class students will build into more challenging and complex asanas. Through intelligent sequencing and targeted warm ups students will find that many of the poses they thought were unobtainable are a lot closer than they realize. A playful atmosphere will create an open space to work on standing poses, arm balances, and deep backbends! Prior yoga experience is recommended.

1:00 - 3:00pm: Live Music by Not 2 Cool Jazz

All Day: The Office of Montgomery County Councilmember Tom Hucker will hold Office Hours at the market! Come chat them up and get the most out of your tax dollars.

We'll see you on the Plaza!
